training today. finally managed to do 5 rounds of farkleks. Feeling so satisfied now :) Today's the day where almost all of us were running. previously, all the injured ones had to run 6 rounds instead. :(

celebrated xueli's birthday. Me and joyce went to light up the candles. managed to keep the candles lited until we stepped out of the shelter and extinguished everything! -.-
I think we are starting to show the mean side of the seniors already. Were pretty strict on them today. Helped to ref when the j1s are playing against each other. They need more communication and team work and practise their hands. (20plus drop balls) Punished them 100 push ups. Heh.
ah, just realised it was shut down friday. DAMN! i was so LOOKING forward to it. :(( Super duper excited someone. Felt like someone pured a bucket of cold water down my back. BOO.
