training today! s c is the violent one today, last week was joyce. haha my knee hurts!! collided with sc while doing ninja. was limping home. die! i hope it will be okay by tmr. (i cant sit cross legged!)

Had a half an hour encounter with mr baby cockroach a few days back. they are hard to kill! They dont seem to die at all! :(( In the end, i begged my sister to kill it for me. xp
