training was funny today. It is officially called the break contacts day. I broke mine at home and caslin and xueli's broke during training. What luck we had.
Doing grids nearly killed me. After not training for a week and a week long in malaysia with all the good food. Fats... urgh
Anyway we were all in awe of lala's bike, almost all of us wanted to ride it. heehee.
coach is really funny when caslin broke her contacts. It took us 40min to get it out. we kept calling her to look down to try to find it. Coach kept saying that caslin's veins are moving. Lol. All of us were dying of laughter. But the feeling of having a broken piece of contacts in your eyes SUCK big time. very uncomfatable. happen to me during the previous trainign. Of course Calin's case was worse. BUt we were all estatic when she finally got it out. Like a big operation!!! She tiring, we were all drained.
tomorrow is the seniors farewell/ time passes so fast. urgh should hurry and memorise the song! Even devina is leaving to USA soon. 4 grace will forever miss you!!
