hallo... so tired lol just came back... no long ago.. and the results are so lan.... anywae don't worry i was only joking shar... the standing broad jump mersa got soooo hign lol boohoo.. i only 186cm... celestia soo li hai also lor my shuttle run was lyke soo lan even though i was better than normal i almost fell down while i was running(10.58 sec) and there is something wrong with my gasbk layout so have to use this ugly layout now....and talking about the sit up i was lyke siao lyke that i kept doing and my HAIr became veri messy but i am satisfied with 47 times lar... urm let's not tok about the sit and reach.. inclined i was doing like crazy lor..... actually wanted to give up but thanx to all my frenx encouragement i managed to get a A lar.. got 4 As and 1 B..i got gold already haahaa... anywae thanx to all the peeps that encouraged me...
